This error message keeps appearing no matter what I do, even took the printer off the system and then reinstalled?

If you Google Oxc19a0024 it leads to many results, most of which refer to an ink system failure. When I Goolged your entire subject line (HP C6300 Oxc19a0024) I located a possible solution which may help you:
