Undocumented Stored MS_Policy requires 14 days between appointments when taking an exam more than 2 times - 70-762

Hey,
I need some direction, please.
I was in process of trying to do the 70-762 Exam before it expires but was unsuccessful now, I’m unable to book due to this error:
Microsoft Policy requires 14 days between appointments when taking an exam more than 2 times.’
.1 Which I wasn’t aware of?
.2 Is nowhere in the Exam printout – As a Warning?

What are my options now, wrt 'Surprise' policy?
