error code cooooo34

I installed the last updates (Win7) and tried to restart it. I had to turn it off, using the power button, since it freeze on 2 out 3 updates. Since than, I cant start my Windows, it is giving me an error message: fatal error c0000034 update operation 197 of 114513. I tried to go through start repair but it didnt work. How can I fix this problem?

Hi,

I called Microsoft customer service, they were very helpful and solved a torn state problem
