I have windows server 2016 os in my pc .I need to change it to windows 10.But i dont kow how to change .PLS instruct me how to do

You can boot from the installation media, delete / recreate partitions, and continue the install. You can download installation media here if you didn't have it.

Hi,
Because this is a different operating system, you need to install Win10 cleanly.
Download Win10 ISO to perform a clean installation. Please follow the steps in the link below.
