Forms office 365

Question

In Forms I have a problem. I got the message "This form can't be distributed as it is asking for personal or sensitive information. Contact your admin for assistance."
Please help.

Microsoft forms is not currently supported here on QnA. The product group for Microsoft Forms actively monitors questions over at
