    Hi,

    ·        When do you receive the script error message?

    ·        Do you receive script error when you are online?

    ·        What is the complete message that you receive?

    ·        Which browser do you use to access the internet?

    Method 1: If you receive get script error while using Internet Explorer then follow the suggestion from the link and check if it helps:

    Method 2: If you get the script even when you are offline then place the computer in clean boot and check which application is causing the issue:

     Note: After troubleshooting, make sure to set the computer to start as usual as mentioned in Step 7 in the above KB article.
