Can select but can't see images/text boxes in Sharepoint PowerPoint

Currently I am unable to view certain images/graphs/text boxes in my Sharepoint Powerpoints. As you can see in the attached photo, I can select the image/text but can't see it. It shows up in the left tile view but not on the page. It is sporadic and does not affect all graphs/text of the same type.

Helpful Notes:

  • This is a new laptop I am using (HP). I can see everything fine on another laptop (HP Envy).
  • This happens on old and new powerpoint I create/created.
  • I'm not sure if it is a plugin that is not enabled on my new device but I can't find any details on how to solve this.

    Hi @Rusty Martin ,

    I want to confirm some information to you:

    1)Does the issue occur when opening PowerPoint on the web in SharePoint Online?
    2)Which browser did you use to open it? Try to update to latest version.
    3)From your description, you can see everything fine on another laptop, please check and update the graphics driver of the current device.
