inf install failure

when ever i use disk cleaner i receive the message infinstall failure. 

reason: the i/o operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or a application request

    Hi,

    1.            Have you made any changes to your computer?

    2.            Are you referring to Disk Cleanup in Windows or Disk cleaner as a third party software program?

    Incorrect registry permissions if any, would result in the error INF Install Failure. Reason: Access is denied. 

    Method 1:

    Try to re-register the Windows Installer Service and then run the product again by following this step:

    a.     On the "Start" menu, click "Run:.

    b. In the "Open" box, type "msiexec /unreg", and then press ENTER. 

    c. On the "Start" menu, click "Run". 

    d. In the "Open" box, type "msiexec /regserver", and then press ENTER.
