Hello,

Original title: Display blew out of shape and after a restart I got this error message.

My screen became all bent out of shape. Colors faded. Fonts and sizes exaggerated. This happened a couple of weeks ago and a restart fixed everything. Same this time but an error message about a major incident and recovery. This was the info sent to microsoft: BCCode : ea     BCP1 : 87BC1020     BCP2 : 897A7B38     BCP3 : 897A75A8

BCP4 : 00000001     OSVer : 5_1_2600     SP : 3_0     Product : 256_1.

Please advise.

Thank you

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Community where you can find the necessary information about Microsoft products!

You get error  BCCode : ea in the computer.

This issue occurs if the graphics adapter is caught in an infinite loop while it waits for the video hardware to become idle. This can indicate that there is a problem with the video hardware, or that the graphics adapter cannot program the hardware correctly.

1.         What is the make and model of the computer?

2.     Did you make any changes on the computer prior to the issue?

3.     When exactly do you get this error?

I would suggest you to follow the steps in the site:
