Error 0xd0000002 unable to run digital program

Original Title: resolve error "0xd0000002" please

Please help me resolve this error "0xd0000002". I get this error when I attempt to launch a digital program.  I can download the program but when I

go to launch it I get this error.  Please Help.  Randy.  <email address removed for privacy>.
