Getting Error Code: 30020-1015 (0) When trying to install Office 2019.

Have Internet & 379 GB free on hard drive.

Windows 10 has all current updates.

How do I fix this

    Based on your description, I have two questions as below.

    1. What is the version of Office you would like to install?
    2. How did you install Office?
      Did you install it from the Services and Subscriptions page or download ODT and use .xml file?
      If you use .xml file, please give me the .xml file to test for you.
      Note: please cover the MAK key in it if there is.

    You could try to temporarily disable Firewall and Antivirus to check this issue.
    Methods in "Error code 0-1011, 30088-1015, 30183-1011, or 0-1005 when installing Office" may also be helpful to you.

    I was using ODT, It works on hundreds of other computers.
    I did have firewall and antivirus disabled.
    I ended up replacing the computer with another, install went fine on new one

    command I used was setup.exe /configure Default_x86.xml
