Error 1904 Module C: / Program Files (x86)

In error, I removed telephone broadband USB drive from the computer while still connected to internet explorer and in sleep mode. Since then I have not been able to connect to the internet. I receive Error 1904 Module C: / Program Files (X86) / Common Files / Pctel / Eap Peer/ Authenticion / Pctel Eap Peer: Eap Peer.dll failed to register. HRESULT - 2147023782. Contact your support personnel.

I have since uninstalled the telephone software and attempted to re-install the software. But am unable re-install the telephove software and receive a series of error messages instead.

    Well, you will need to connect the USB for your broadband then try to install the software if you have unistalled it. Without USB thing you won't be able to connect!!
