How to gray out sleep / hybernate mode by using acpi table?

Hi,

As we know, there are many to disable disable or enble sleep or hybernate mode,
one of them as shown below,
e.g. if we need to disable or enble sleep or hybernate mode,
we can go to control panel -> power options -> "Choose what the power buttons do" \
-> "change settings that are currently unavailable" ->
"Shutdown Settings" -> to toggle Sleep / Hybernate check-boxed or nncheck the box.

the question is "if it possible to gray out sleep / hybernate mode by using acpi als code"?

    Also can set these ones to Disabled
