Delete Run as Administator error message

After installing windows 8 and when I open Quicken software, I get a message as follows:

Quicken does not support the option 'Run as Administrator'  Using this option may cause you to have problems printing or other issues.

To remedy this we recommend you:

1.  Login to your computer as a user that has administrator privileges.  (That is how I log in since I am the only user).  Please consult the Microsoft Windows help  for how to setup Administrator rights on your computer.

Any suggestions would certainly be appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

    Hi, Hank,

    Reset Default Security Permissions:

To reset the security settings back to default, take a look at the following KB article:**http://support.microsoft.com/kb/313222**

•Click the Start orb.•Under Start Search, type cmd, and then press enter.•Type the following command, and then press enter:secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\inf\defltbase.inf /db defltbase.sdb /verbose

You will receive a "Task is completed" message, and a warning message that something could not be done. You can safely ignore this message.Additional information:http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vistasecurity/thread/7eacb966-cbbd-41ac-b08d-7c7f881943be/
