Why does my computer keep freezing up?

In the middle of playing games my computer would freeze up. It never used to have this issue. Can anyone please help? Thanks!

    Hi,
    Does this happen while using other applications or is it just this game?
    Were there any changes made to your PC? Update, hardware changes?
    might check your hard drive, run the following command in elevated command prompt:
    chkdsk c:/ f / r

    Boot in to Safe mode and check the issue.

    You should try a Clean Boot also.

    Moreover EventID: 454 is associated with User Profile.So create a new User Account and recheck.

    Hello,

    Suggest you to run System File Checker scan:

    1. Search for 'command prompt' using Cortana or Windows Search.
    2. From results, right click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
    3. Type sfc /scannow command and press Enter key.
    4. Let the command complete and then reboot the machine.

    If issue still persists, perform clean boot:
