Try this. Go to Settings > Personalization > Colors and try changing from light mode to dark mode or the reverse. See if it helps.
problem with Windows 10 right click menu
Hi,
I have a new Dell laptop and i have the following problem:
When I do a right click on the directory for example, the menu is opened but i am not able to see the selection (There is no color, I have checked in other computer the
following registry: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Themes\DefaultColors\Standard" those all keys and they are the same. )
As well as when I go to chrome for example and do a search, and click in keys "Down" to select the right result , I don`t see the selection.

Thank you for coming Microsoft Q&A.
Would you create a capture for clear understanding about your issue?
Does the issue occur on a new created user account? We should update system through Settings\Update & Security\Windows Update to make sure you have latest system version.
If there is no items list after right click on desktop, we could go to registry console by type "regedit" in search box.
Then find the following path:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
delete registry key NoViewContexMenu. Please backup your registry before modification.
Bests,
