Cancel Subscription NOW, not later

I am not pleased that I got to the page, "you cannot cancel your subscription." I pressed cancel, but it only allowed me to cancel recurring subscriptions, so it would only cancel the next year subscription, not the one right now. I had microsoft 365 for individual use before, and I upgraded to microsoft family. I realized that another person in my "family" already had microsoft family afterward. I literally just purchased an upgrade to microsoft family and then I tried entering her product key, who I then learned already installed microsft family on her device and invited me. The product key, of course, returned as invalid, so I tried to cancel MY microsoft family account, and I have, as of now, joined the account of this other user of microsoft family; therefore, I do not need microsoft family on my own account and I don't want to be charged for it. My old credit card, which is no longer valid, was the one linked to this account. Right now, the charge is pending, on my bank. I called my bank immediately, they said to call you guys, I did, and I could not even speak to an agent to get this handled. The automated menu already told me what I knew. I will dispute this charge, as soon as it posts to my bank account. I don't need two microsoft family accounts. I've already joined that of another user.
