Unable to process SharePoint Server 2013 Setup, even though all prerequisites have been installed / enabled

I am using Windows Server 2012. When I open "prerequisiteinstaller", all the prerequisites are already installed / activated, but when I open Setup, an error notification appears. Can you help me?

Ran into this vague screen this week. Turns out the SentinelOne anti-virus solution was adding scripts into PowerShell sessions at launch so it could monitor the sessions. Some of those scripts were throwing exceptions which caused the SharePoint install and pre-reqs PowerShell scripts to have errors on exit even though they ran correctly without a problem.

Key to finding this out was errors in the SharePoint PS script that had transcript enabled and it showed errors in the log file. It had more errors than the number of commands in the script. I enabled the PS v4 Script Block logging and dug through the event log to discover the scripts that were loading and had mention of '#Sentinel' comment lines.

Once I had the admin disable SentinelOne on the server, everything ran smoothly.

Please check as following:

Make sure you have met all hardware and software requirements for SharePoint 2013 installation.
Make sure you have step up Active Directory (AD) and created required system accounts with Administrative permission. Also configure SQL Server before you install SharePoint.
Make sure you have installed all required Hotfixes as following: KB 2554876 / KB 2708075 / KB 2759112 / KB 2765317.
Reference: Prepare the farm servers.
If you have completed all process above before the installation, reboot all servers in your farm and then run the installation program again.

After installing all required prerequisites, please reboot the windows server and then try again. If the issue still there, please check details from SharePoint installation log.

If you have .NET Framework of version 4.6 or higher installed and are trying to install SharePoint 2013 SP1, this is a known issue as

SharePoint Setup and Project Server Setup programs do not recognize the .NET Framework 4.6, 4.6.1, or 4.6.2 as a supported version of the .NET Framework.
