Performance of the server are divided into four quadrants, Such as CPU memory, Networking & disk/VM limit.
Considering it’s a public cloud we have capping limit at disk & vm level. We recommend to run performance diagnostic at the time of issue occurrence which would provide an insight on the usage to check whether it’s exceeding the limit.

· From when are you witnessing the issue? is the issue continuous /specific time frame?
· What is the functionality of the server? is the server hosting application /Database?
· Were there any recent changes performed in environment?
· Is the issue reproducible on demand?
· was there any troubleshooting performed from your end to overcome the issue?
· how was the issue reported? did monitoring alerted / End user reported?
