My school is not receiving my emails

I keep getting this email saying that

Your message couldn't be delivered. Try to send it again later. If the problem continues, please contact your email admin.

I believe my emails are being blocked because they are seen as spam and it told me to contact the account administrator

But my question is how can i contact them I been trying to look up how to contact the administrator and i can't find anything that can help me contact them.

I will have to contact my school directly for them to unblock my email ? I though there was a way for me to submit some kind of form and get it unblock through microsoft
