DPM "Agent Incompatible"

So we have a "master" DPM server that backs up remote site DPM's. Been working great - until we lost internet for about 2 hours the other day. Now the majority of the remote protection groups are showing "Agent Incompatible". A google search of DPM "Agent Incompatible" turns up squat - which is surprising.

I have new recovery points, but I'm still showing "Agent Incompatible". It's not the whole client either - if we're doing a backup of Hyper-V, 3/4 might show incompatible - but one is OK, but it's all backing up the DPM, so I don't understand. All agent versions are the same.

2019 update roll-up 2 in each instance.
