How to change the C# Compiler Version in VS 2019

Hi team,

AFAIK VS 2019 also contains a new Version of C# Compiler with some interesting features. Unfortunately I cannot find any source how to change the compiler version. Developing with .Net 4.8 the compiler identifies itself as version 7.3.
