good day all i have been running windows home server 2011 for a while now and got a message saying my files hade been encrypted due to sevcurity and then i hade a power cut now my server says boot manager missing i have 5 hard drives in the server and need to access my files any help please

If this is caused by ransomware, I'm afraid no known way to recover other than to rebuild your environment from scratch and recover from whatever backup you may have.
I’d like to strongly suggest you perform a full back up regularly and test to ensure that they are properly backing things up as expected.
