I have IE 8; WinXP SP3; Media Center Edition, Version 2002.  My computer crashed about 2 months ago.  When I got it back from a repairman, I had to reinstall several of my applications including my HP printer.  I started receiving error messages on bootup re: debugging.  Msg reads:  hpqthb08.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services.  Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.  Process id=0x1c8(456), Thread id=0x1cc(460).  (These are different with each bootup)  Need help to correct this.  I cannot view any of the HP programs to print photos, etc.

    Hi,

The issue is caused by “hpqthb08.exe”, which is a file that belongs to the HP Digital Imaging software. I’d recommend you to uninstall and reinstall the HP Digital Imaging software on your computer from the manufacturer’s website.
