Solver doesn't work. I installed it and when I do Option>AddIn>and tick the solver, then I got the error

"Cannot run the macro 'SOLVER.XLAM!GetGroupLabel'."

Could anybody help please? Thank you very much!

    @noname123

    Please give two screenshots of the detailed error message and Office version.
    You could go to File>Account>Product Information>About Excel to check Office version.

    Firstly, please make sure you have enabled macros.

    Then you could try to disable other 3rd-party add-ins in Excel Options and close 3rd-party software temporarily to check if there is any item causing the issue.

    If it doesn't help, please repair Office to check this issue.

    Besides, do you have more than one version of Office installed on your computer?
    If yes, please use uninstall tool to uninstalled the earlier version completely.
    If no, try to uninstall the installed Office and then reinstall a different bit version of Office. For example, reinstall 32-bit version of Office to replace the 64-bit version.
