When any user want to access any application (hosted on Azure) while authenticating with Azure ADB2C, does AADB2C requires cookie consent for both 1st party and 3rd party cookies ?

How to identify/distinguish whether Azure ADB2C store/collect 1st party or 3rd party cookie and which cookie will require consent or not ?
