I have logged in to onenote, and it says that it cannot be synchronized

    What's the version of OneNote are you using now?
    To check the version, please refer to "What's the difference between the OneNote versions?".

    If you are using OneNote for Windows 10, please ask a new question on the following forum, as tag "office-onenote-client-itpro" focus on general issues of OneNote desktop app, such as OneNote 2016.

    Such as determining if the problem is caused by the related server or by OneNote app and copying pages to a new section to have a test.
