Change the default order for Choice Field in NewForm using CSS/JavaScript

As you can see, the default order and value for the choice field always the first option like below:

Can we change this value to others.

I assume this could be done by CSS/JavaScript.

But I'm not sure how to do it , can anyone help please ?

    Sample code for your reference:

    The select title should be the same as the choice field name.
