    Hi,

    -          How much RAM does your computer got?

ReadyBoost is designed for computers with 1GB or less of RAM that don't have any option to increase it.

The device you use for ReadyBoost appears to be a 1 TB disk drive. You can't use disk drives for Ready Boost, they are too slow.

That's the whole point of having Ready Boost: You avoid slow disk access by caching data on a faster medium (a flash drive).

Refer the following links to know more about ReadyBoost in Windows 7.

Thats because ready boost is applicable only to flash drives.

As to whether even if you use a flash card, whether that will speed up your system is another matter.
