I can not add any users and group in my SharePoint site

I newly installed SharePoint 2019 but I can not add my users an group from AD server to SharePoint please help me.

    Hi @mohammad tajik ,

    Could you find the result you want in people picker when you type the user account in the name box? Did this error occur after clicking the Share button?

    Clear the browser cache or use other browsers to have a try. If the error still exists, please filter ULS files based on the correlation ID to find more information about this error. The default path of ULS files is "C:\program file\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\16\LOGS".
