unable to download Cryptographic Provider Development Kit for windows server 2019. Is it discontinued or repacked into a different executable.

I'm not sure if this is only related to #windows-server-2019 , current CNG documentation points to this link. The link redirects to a 404 error page with the message:

We're sorry, this download is no longer available.

In some old forum I read that you need to be logged in to download the file, but even logged in it doesn't work.

Hi,

I ran into a similar issue, DirectX 9 Wont Install on Windows 10 (1.2021)

SHA-1 Windows content to be retired August 3, 2020

I'm not sure whether Cryptographic Provider Development Kit is SHA-1 signed but hope the info helps.

Looks like that 3rd part link is not available any more.
Where it is possible to download Cryptographic Provider Development Kit 8.0 or later right now ?

I haven't found a link. My colleagues from other teams also don't know where it is. It's annoying that it's just disappeared without telling us why and whether there is an alternative.
