New Office 2019 Home & Business transfer to another Micrsoft account. Just activated by mistake

Hello,

I have ordered for a client a Office 2019 Home & Business after installing this application to the client his Pc and activated on the client his Microsoft account at that point i have noticed that i have made a big mistake.

The client needs a Office 2019 Professional since he use Access and i have activated a Home & Business.

Since the client could not wait i have ordered and activated a extra new Office 2019 Pro license on the same Microsoft account of the client.

Is there a way that i transfer the one day ago Microsoft Office 2019 Home & Business to another Microsoft account. Ik have another client here i need to install a new office.

So maybe there is a way to transfer the software license to another Microsoft account since it is just installed 1 day ago.

    According to your description, do you mean that the email account used to redeem Office 2019 Home & Business is wrong, and you want to transfer the license account of Office 2019 Home & Business to be another acount?

    If my understanding is correct, I would suggest you contact Microsoft online or on phone for a confirm.

    Since the question is about the license agreement and requirements, which is not supported on Q&A forum.

    I have already chatted with Microsoft and they told me once the license is activated on a Microsoft account it is not possible anymore to transfer it to another microsoft account. Stupid system i agree when the license is activated for many weeks and more but when the license is activated a few days this because i have installed it on the PC before i delivered it at the customer and at location i have seen that it has to be a professional version instead of Home and Business. So for me a loss of +-240€ since the client is only using Pro.....
    Shame on Microsoft it is a policy...
