My windows update can't seem to install the update. I've tried many tips I could find from online source to no avail. Even after manually download the update and tried to manually install it still fail me. Any suggestion?

    Please run Windows Update troubleshooter from Settings app > Update & security > Troubleshoot. Let us know what it reports back.

    Hi,
    This issue occurs because the update that can't be installed requires the manifest of a previous update package.

    Please check the CBS.log, <Failed_Package> represents the package that can't be installed. <Missing_Package> represents the package for which the manifest is missing.
    Go to Microsoft Update Catalog.
    In the Search box, enter the package ID of the <Missing_Package>.
    Download the package and then install it.
    Reinstall the <Failed_Package>.
