Click Start and type
services.msc in the search box.
·
Locate the
Remote Procedure Call service, and change the startup type to Manual.
How the change the start up type?
·

·
If the service is stopped then
Start the service.
·
Select
Properties
·
And in the Start-up type select Manual
Method 2:
If the
method 1 doesn’t help, then I would suggest you to u create another user and then check whether the issue persists.
