hi ,
i did a migration mailbox in coexsist environment ex2010 and ex2016 . when mailbox migrated from 2010 to 2016 it cant send and receive email from users in exchange 2010 and just send and receive email to users in exchange 2016.
how can i solve this problem ?

More info is needed. What happens when they send messages to or from the 2010 server?
What does message tracking show? Are the messages queued or do the bounce? If they bounce, post the NDR.

when send mail from 2010 to 2016 thay stuck on queue and after a while they failed because of delay.

Whats the error message in the queue when they are not being delivered?
is there any firewall between these servers?
Did anyone change the default receive connector settings on any of the 2010 or 2016 servers?

first mistake occurred from security team and they change firewall rule between servers.
another problem was receive connectors setting.
