    Hi,  

    1)      What exactly are you trying to copy?

    2)      Where are trying to paste?

    3)      Are you trying to print the data after copy and paste?

    4)      What is the exact error message you get?

    5)     Have you made any receent changes to the computer prior to the issue?

    I would be able to guide you in the right direction once I get the enough information.
