i have a client, she forgot hweer email and password. her account has a technical issue and says to sign back into account to resolve the problem. what issue could this be. with out email i cant log in

    Please give two screenshots of the "a technical issue" and Office version.

    Since Microsoft adopts a very strict confidentiality policy for user account information, we cannot directly help find the account address and password.

    If she is an individual user, to find the Microsoft account email address, please refer to the steps in "You forgot your Microsoft account username".
    Then "Reset a forgotten Microsoft account password".

    If she is in an organization, try to contact the admin who may retrieve the username and reset the password for work or school account.
