I'm afraid there is no direct way to set up schedule for the orchestrator group to run.
Orchestration groups only apply to software update deployments. When we deploy software updates to a collection that contains the members of the orchestration group, it will trigger the orchestration of the orchestration group to start running.
So the schedule of the orchestrator group depends on the deadline or maintenance window of the software updates.
