Hi - I am having a trauma. Not especially technical, but changed my pc, now running XP SP3. I am trying to launch an application for a Sonos controller (music system), but as soon as I launch, it crashes my PC. Have tried reinstalling but not joy. Got this from the system log, but no idea where to turn now! Please help - thanks. Whilst I can navigate a PC well enough, any help will need to be non-techy, please!
