What does C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\S-1-5-18 use for ? If it safe to delete the file inside this folder ?

I would like to know

  1. What are the files found in  C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\S-1-5-18?
  2. Are they safe to delete?
  3. What is the impact if i delete it?

    1.       Which is the operating system installed on your system?

    2.       Are you facing any issues?

    3.       Were there any recent changes to the system prior to the issue?

    4.       Do you receive any error message?

    5.       Do you get any error when you are using any applications?
