In good old MS Social Forum there was a forum class about Certification, by the way :)
You are asking this now in Intune forum (tag). Windows Servers are not a part of any certification program anymore. First, make decision do you want to go to Azure Datacenter cert program or M365. Windows Server and datacenters are more close to Azure than M365. I would first go with AZ-103.
