WHEN CONNECTING THE TOP APPEARS A MESSAGE....C:\Windows\System32\MMDevApi.dll.......it causes several problems, and I cannot solve it

Can somebody help me?

Hi,

  1. Were there any changes made on the computer prior to the issue?
  2. Which operating system is installed on the computer?
  3. When exactly do you get the error message?
  4. What are you trying to connect?
