Empty PopUp Dialog box while adding an image in image library(Add new item) SP2010

Hi ,
I want to add an image to image library in sharepoint 2010 .While adding new image to this library by clicking on “Add new item” it opens blank dialog box. After clicking on upload document or any other button in the ribbon the add new item button is working as expected.

It happens in all sites/site collection throughout the web application.

    Hi, @subash v ,
    As you are mentioning uploading images to picture library in SharePoint 2010 like the screenshot below? Do you mean the new button>Picture?

    Please use the browser developer tool(F12) to check the detailed error message. And you can have a look at the ULS log for more information. As you mentioned it is a web application level issue, it may be due to the master page.
