    Hi @Linh Vu ,
What kind of file format did you use to save the Workbook?
I suggest you make sure the file format is .xlsx:

    Hi,

Here are some reasons and methods you can try to fix this issue-

    1. Check if the range of the data source for the pivot tables is set correctly. If the range is not properly defined, Excel may not recognize the data as a pivot table when you reopen the file. To set the data source range, select the pivot table, go to the "PivotTable Analyze" or "Options" tab, click on "Change Data Source," and ensure the correct range is selected.
    2. It's possible that the workbook itself is corrupted, leading to the loss of the pivot table structure. You can try repairing your workbook using "Open and Repair" or using a third-party excel repair tool.
    3. If the pivot table is based on an external data source, such as a connection to a database or another file, make sure that the connection is still valid when you reopen the file.
    4. Ensure that you are using a compatible version of Excel to open the file. If the file was created in a newer version of Excel, opening it in an older version may result in the loss of pivot table structure or unsupported features.

    Best Regards.
