Problem with logging in and rebuilding in Xamarin (Connect to Internet to proceed)

Hi everyone. Today I tried to build my app and sadly I was not able to log in into my Xamarin account because of this problem:
I checked my internet connection and It was fine.
As you can see I have turned off firewall so I think the problem is not on my side.
This is the first time I use Xamarin to make my android apps.
I tried to install Xamarin Studio again and repair VS but that didn't help.
Can U log in to your Xamarin account in VS?
Is there anyway to rebuild my project without logging in?

Based on your screenshot, do you want to login in Xamarin studio? if so, Xamarin stuido is obsoleted, after installing Xamarin components without accout, you also could use xamarin as well.
