J'ai été prélevé par Microsoft sans explication ni facture de votre part (informations bancaires ci-dessous).
Pouvez-vous me donner les explication de ce prélèvement et m'indiquer où je peux récupérer la facture ou, à défaut, m'indiquer comment me faire rembourser.

    Please go to Azure portal to check as following:

    Get support from the Azure portal
    To get help with Azure Marketplace through the Azure portal https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade/newsupportrequest , open a support request in the Help + Support page of the portal. Complete the dropdown fields as follows:

    Issue type – Subscription management
    Problem type – Purchase, sign up or upgrade issues
    Problem subtype
