SharePoint Online list modern view:
I have a list with two views. One view should be visible to only selected members.
List view-based security/permission is not supported in SharePoint.
Here is a UserVoice post that you can vote for if you have the same request: Allow setting permissions for each view in the list/library.

If not for permission, any other workaround on showing a view to only selected members.
No if you keep using modern list views.
There are a few options to restrict user access to specific list views in classic experience though.
See a few references here: how to hide the views from document library or list. / SharePoint per-location view defaults (capabilities, limitations & pitfalls).
Note that these features/workarounds are not supported in modern UI.
