Create a unique URL using a look up field to NewForm.aspx when clicking on an image SP2013

I am in need of building a seat reservation system for a new building. I have done Class Reservations so I am familiar that I can pass a UNIQUE ID from another list.

Example -

Seating chart is the image which I can hot map with an URL. I want this URL to include the seat number as well so they do not need to pick the seat.

The seats will be in one list and the requests in the calendar.

Unfortunately this will be a short lived solution as we are migrating to SP Online in June but we need a tool ready by April 1.

    You could create a lookup column in the seats list to show the information in the calendar list.
