Most likely for your Blackberry (Research In Motion BlackBerry launch agent).  It loads at the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Run registry key (RIMDeviceManager).  You can delete the RIMDeviceManager value if you no longer want it to start when the computer boots.  CodeStuff Starter can help you find and disable some of the programs that start automatically when you boot your computer.

It looks like you forgot the rest of your copy and paste from www.speedutilies.com:

But if you're reading internet resources, you can always help yourself. The very important factor improving system performance is fine tuning up of your registry. Please use registry cleaners, they always help.

I fixed their many typos for you.

If you are simply going to copy and paste something from another WWW site, you might as well get it all, huh?
