After downloading new drivers from the driverhub application It says my pc did not start correctly.

I have been seeking solutions to this issue for a few hours now. I tried startup repair, and I was told that it failed to repair the issue. I can’t use System Restore unfortunately because I don’t have a restore point. I tried booting in safe mode, but that also did not start properly. I eventually tried using the command prompt console for direct solutions such as SFC, MDR, and Dism i think it is called. I am submitting this question from my phone since I can’t access my laptop (the PC in question). All of the command prompt solutions have underlying requirements that I can’t fulfill without administrator, and I don’t know how to use the console in the recovery system as admin. I looked into driverhub, and it did not seem to be malicious as others have used it but I still suspect that it could be malware. Otherwise, the drivers may have caused a compatibility issue. Thanks in advance for any support! Btw my OS is Windows 10 and I am using a Lenovo idea pad S340.
